A story of passion launched in 1976 when two brothers, Carmine and Sabato, and two sisters, Bruna e Rosetta, decided to invest their culinary skills and talent already validated after years of work, in new business. This is how the Restaurant Il Ceppo arose. In the following years, the restaurant became famous both locally and outside the region thanks to the uniqueness of the ingredients chosen with care by Sabato, to the sisters’ mastery in the kitchen and to the masterful welcome of Carmine’s warm smile. After the success and the eulogy obtained on the best restaurants guides of Italy, the four founders decided to take a further step towards a new bet in the field of hospitality and accommodation. Thus, the Hotel Il Ceppo was founded in 1994. At present, although the founders’ precious and indispensable help remains, the activity is managed and directed by their children: Maurizio, Marcello and Loredana.
