Startes:
- Shrimps, radicchio and aromatic vinegar

- Squids with courgettes and artichokes (or vegetable in season)
- Prawn cocktail

First courses:
- Rigatoni (pasta in the form of short hollow fluted tubes), prawns, olives and capers
- Spaghetti, clams and European lobster
- Tagliolini (fine noodles) with European lobster, courgette flowers and clams
- Risotto with fish



Second courses:
- Salted fish (i.e. gilthead, grouper, bass, etc.)
- Mixed grill
- Grouper with olive oil, parsley and tomatoes
- Fish soup

Desserts (homemade):
- Cakes (tart with lemon cream, chocolate cake, Baba, cake with pine nut, etc.)
- Pre-packaged individual desserts (fancy cakes with almonds, crème caramel, chocolate pudding, cream pudding, etc.)
